Completed and Tenanted Track Record

Legacie has accumulated a large portfolio of completed and fully tenanted developments over their time working in the industry. They have launched 17 developments, sold 1,050 units and have £167 million worth of completed sites.

Reliance House Phases 1 and 2 involved the restoration of a stunning Edwardian-style building on one of Liverpool’s most famous streets just metres from the waterfront. The site was completed on time and on budget, boasting a stunning reception area and well-appointed apartments. It was so successful that they introduced a third phase of residential studios shortly after which is now also fast approaching completion.

Ropemaker Place was a new build residential scheme in Ropewalks, Liverpool. Standing proudly in amongst the bohemian shops and bars of Bold Street and the architectural landmark of St. Luke’s Church, it now provides 74 luxury apartments to Liverpool’s ever-increasing population and continues to be managed by Legacie to the highest standard.

Much like Merchant’s Wharf Manchester, Dale Street combined residential and commercial units to deliver a mixed-use scheme but in Liverpool city centre. It was a sensitive conversion of one of the city’s oldest buildings that required a certain level of skill only Legacie were capable of. Complications to the old structure meant that the previous buildings had to be demolished, but Legacie worked hard to rebuild the new units to reflect the original character and charm.

Legacie Contracts

Despite being the developer of Merchant’s Wharf apartments, Legacie Developments has their own construction arm who are the masterminds behind construction of their pioneering architectural designs.

To date, Legacie Contracts have constructed hotels for Hilton such as Hotel Indigo in Liverpool. They also led the £2 million fit out of The Club and Spa in Birmingham and have constructed Marco Pierre White’s restaurants nationwide.

Legacie Lettings and Management

Merchant’s Wharf Manchester will also benefit from Legacie Lettings and Management services. All investments are fully managed for a hands-off approach, with a professional team working hard to let your apartment out shortly after its completion, and manage it thereafter.

The management team spans concierge and cleaners to health and safety and maintenance, keeping every aspect of the development in full working order for a secure and protected long term investment which never deteriorates on quality.

This is an ideal style of investment if you are an international investor looking to buy property in the UK, where there is no need to oversee the day-to-day running of the property yourself.
